The Role
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be the driving force behind our growth in the Kollam district. This is a dynamic, target-driven field sales role where your income is directly tied to your performance. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and generating your leads to delivering consultative presentations and closing deals with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Lead Generation: Independently build and manage a robust sales pipeline. You will source new client opportunities through local networking, building relationships with educational centers, and engaging in on-ground marketing activities.
- Consultative Demonstrations: Conduct professional, face-to-face product demonstrations for parents and students. You will assess the student's academic needs and clearly articulate how our premium AI-driven platforms provide the solution.
- Target Achievement: Take ownership of your monthly sales goals. You will confidently handle client objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales to meet and exceed your targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, daily records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings to ensure a highly organized sales process.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Results-Driven Mindset: You are highly motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment where achieving targets is the primary metric of success.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong fluency in Malayalam and English. You possess the empathy and professionalism required to build immediate trust with parents and educators.
- Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or client-facing roles is preferred. Highly ambitious freshers with a strong aptitude for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits

- Direct Commission Structure: Your earnings are strictly tied to successful closures. Associates earn a competitive commission of ₹800 to ₹1,200 per successful sale, depending on the product tier sold.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: There is no ceiling on your earnings. Because you control your pipeline, high-performing BDAs closing 20 to 30+ sales per month can generate a substantial and steady monthly income.
