Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall customer experience while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, services, and travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to deliver seamless customer service.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and generate reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel services.
- Build customer loyalty through proactive communication and relationship management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, CRM, travel, hospitality, or related industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
