We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our Store Department. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be familiar with Tally, and be willing to handle both accounting and inventory-related responsibilities. Freshers with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Verify stock records against physical inventory and report discrepancies.
Assist in stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement and transactions.
Prepare and update accounting and inventory reports.
Coordinate with the store and purchase teams to ensure accurate documentation.
Support daily accounting activities and administrative tasks.
Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting and inventory documents.
Requirements:
B.Com, or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Ability to verify physical stock with system records.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
