- Loyalty Programs, Member Management, Tiers, Benefits, Promotions and Rewards
- Voucher Management, Points Accrual and Redemption, Transaction Journals
- Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Apex, SOQL, REST APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events and Web Services
- Customer 360, segmentation and loyalty analytics
- Enterprise-scale loyalty implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
Preferred: Salesforce Loyalty Management, Administrator, Platform Developer, Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud certifications.
Pay: From ₹4,000,000.00 per year
