Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on backend development experience (Mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
