Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications through systematic testing and defect identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, specifications, and user stories to understand application functionality.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using testing/bug-tracking tools.
- Re-test resolved defects and perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to resolve issues.
- Verify application functionality across different browsers, devices, and environments.
- Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
- Prepare daily/weekly testing status reports and communicate testing progress.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing concepts.
- Ability to write clear and effective test cases and test scenarios.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant testing knowledge or certifications are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Basic understanding of automation testing concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile application testing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
