Position Overview
The Account cum HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, payroll processing, and financial reporting, along with HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee records, and HR administration.
The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage both Accounts & Finance and Human Resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Tally Accounting Software.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, expense records, and supporting documents.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and other applicable statutory compliances and filings.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow management, expense tracking, and financial planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial reports.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Human Resources
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, HR documents, and employment-related records.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary-related documentation.
- Ensure applicable HR statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, HR, or a combined Accounts & HR role.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and basic taxation.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of payroll and HR-related processes/software will be an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and employee information.
- Ability to multitask and manage Accounts and HR responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
