Madhura Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive business growth.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and client acquisitions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Identify market trends and business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution
- Prepare sales reports and business development strategies
✅ Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Experience in SaaS Sales and Software Solution Selling
- Ability to handle targets and lead the sales process independently
- Excellent client management and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, Digital Marketing, SaaS Products, or IT Services is an added advantage
✅ Preferred Experience:
- 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development / SaaS Sales / IT Sales
- Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Experience selling B2B software solutions, SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, or Digital Services
