We are seeking an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our property and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the service apartment.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Monitor room occupancy, availability, and booking schedules.
Guest Relations
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback and online reviews.
Staff Management
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Train and guide employees to maintain service standards.
Revenue & Sales
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective pricing and inventory management.
- Coordinate with online travel agencies (OTA) such as Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.
- Promote direct bookings and corporate business opportunities.
Financial Management
- Manage daily collections, expenses, and cash flow.
- Maintain accurate financial records and operational reports.
- Control operational costs and improve profitability.
Property Maintenance
- Ensure the property is well-maintained at all times.
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
- Monitor utility consumption and operational efficiency.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain guest records and operational documentation.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, service apartment, or property management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of online booking platforms and property management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting practices.
