Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who can take complete ownership of on-site execution and coordination for interior projects.
This role requires someone who can independently manage site activities, vendor coordination, material flow, client communication, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities (carpentry, electrical, painting, false ceiling, etc.)
- Ensure execution as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and site workers.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients.
- Handle client updates, queries, and basic issue resolution.
- Identify risks/delays and escalate with solutions.
- Arrange transport and logistics for materials.
- Share regular progress updates (photos/reports).
Qualifications
- Any Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in interior site supervision. (Freshers can also apply).
- Experience in residential interior projects (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of interior drawings and layouts.
- Strong vendor and coordination skills.
- Good communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in and around Chennai.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership.
Preferred
- Local vendor network in Chennai.
- Experience in turnkey interior execution.
