Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counselor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable making outbound calls, and have the ability to build trust with parents and students while converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, admissions, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents through regular communication.
- Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
- Convert leads into admissions by explaining program benefits and guiding applicants through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct counseling sessions via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in making and handling a high volume of calls.
- Persuasion, negotiation, and sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or counseling is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in the education industry is a plus.

- Monthly enrollment targets achieved.
- Parent and student satisfaction levels.
- Quality and accuracy of CRM updates.
Salary: As per company standards, with performance-based incentives for achieving admission targets.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
