We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strong relationships with prospective clients for our residential and commercial projects.
The role involves handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, arranging and conducting site visits, presenting project details, negotiating with clients, and converting prospects into bookings. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication with prospective and existing customers, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
