Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships, specifically in ERP and SaaS software sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP and SaaS software solutions
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Present and demonstrate ERP/SaaS solutions to clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Experience in ERP or SaaS software sales is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B software sales
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of ERP systems and SaaS business models
