This is a full-time, on-site Business Developer – Global Recruiter role based in Bhopal. The Business Developer – Global Recruiter will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with client organizations, and understand their talent requirements across global markets. This role involves sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates for executive and specialized positions through direct outreach, networking, and market mapping. The person in this position will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including briefing, search strategy, candidate interviews, shortlisting, and coordination of client interviews and offers. The role also includes preparing market insights, maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, and collaborating closely with internal team members to ensure high service standards for both clients and candidates
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
