Job Summary
The Psychologist will provide counselling and psychological support to students, promote mental well-being, conduct awareness programs, and assist in addressing students' emotional and behavioural concerns. The role requires strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychological counselling and mental health support to students.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Assess emotional, behavioural, and academic concerns.
- Develop and implement student wellness and mental health programs.
- Organize workshops on stress management, emotional resilience, and life skills.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and reports.
- Coordinate with faculty members and parents when necessary.
- Support crisis intervention and student welfare initiatives.
Skills Required
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Criteria: M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology with 3–7 Years relevant experience in counselling and mental health support is preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
