Job Title: Chat Support Executive – Full Time (Remote / Work From Home)
Location: Remote (Candidate must be permanently based in Odisha)
Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month fixed + performance-based booking incentives
About the Role:
We are a fast-growing digital business looking for a dedicated, sharp, and quick-thinking Chat Support Executive to manage our online customer communications. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming leads generated through our social media and online marketing channels.
This is a 100% non-calling, text-based position. Your primary responsibility is to engage with incoming leads instantly, qualify their requirements using our provided scripts, and book interested prospects into our manager's business calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instant Response: Monitor our online messaging dashboard and reply to incoming client messages within 2–3 minutes of receipt.
- Lead Qualification: Chat naturally with leads over text using a structured script to verify their budget, needs, and eligibility.
- Appointment Booking: Share scheduling links with qualified leads and guide them to successfully book a time slot on our calendar.
- CRM Data Entry: Update lead status, names, and contact details inside our simple CRM database dashboard (training will be provided).
Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply if You Do Not Match These):
- Hardware: You must own a personal laptop or desktop computer in good working condition.
- Internet: You must have a stable, high-speed Wi-Fi or broadband connection at home (minimum 30 Mbps). Reliable power backup/power bank for your router is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent written English skills with a professional, polite, and grammatically correct typing style. Ability to understand Hindi/Odia context is a plus.
- Speed: Excellent typing speed and the ability to multitask between 3 to 4 ongoing text conversations simultaneously.
Pay: ₹10,139.95 - ₹36,584.83 per month
