Job Role:
Customer Support Executive – US Mortgage & Insurance Process
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform verification for US mortgage and insurance applications
- Conduct outbound calls for verification purposes
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance
- Update verification status in internal systems
- Maintain strict data confidentiality
Eligibility:
- Graduates – Freshers Welcome
- HSC + Minimum 6 Months BPO Experience
- Good communication skills required
- Age: 18–38 Years
Salary:
- ₹16,800 In-hand
- Incentives up to ₹13,000
Shift Details:
- US Shift
- 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
- 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
