Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Location: Vadakara (Badagara/Vadakara)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to engage with prospective students and customers, generate leads, and support admissions and sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers
- Explain courses, programs, and services effectively
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain lead databases
- Schedule appointments for counselors and sales executives
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
