Job Opening: Associate Professor / Head of Department (HOD) – Computer Science
Location: St. Wilfred's P.G. College
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures in Computer Science.
- Lead and manage the department's academic and administrative activities.
- Mentor students and faculty members.
- Ensure curriculum delivery, academic planning and quality standards.
- Promote research, innovation and departmental development.
Eligibility:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science (Ph.D. preferred).
- Relevant teaching experience in higher education.
- Prior HOD or academic leadership experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
