Job Summary:
The Block Sales Manager will be responsible for appointing and developing Super Distributors in the assigned location and managing overall sales operations in the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and appoint Super Distributors (Super Stockists) in the assigned block
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Ensure smooth supply and product availability in the market
Drive and achieve sales targets for the assigned location
Monitor daily sales performance and market coverage
Support distributors in secondary sales and business growth
Track stock movement and ensure timely replenishment
Experience in Sales / FMCG / Distribution
Strong network-building and communication skills
Ability to appoint and manage distributors
Target-oriented and field work ready
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
