Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and presentable Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting the right fitness equipment based on their requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements, fitness goals, budget, and usage needs to recommend the most suitable products.
- Guide customers through various product options and explain the differences between models.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, functionality, and benefits through detailed product demonstrations.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all fitness equipment and accessories available in the showroom.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product-related information.
- Negotiate pricing and assist customers throughout the purchase decision process.
- Ensure a positive and personalized customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom performance goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and the fitness industry is a must.
