We are looking for a right-brained creative Architect to assist Senior Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction.
You will be involved in new buildings
● Coordinating with the consultants on daily basis.
● Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary corrections.
● Compile project specifications
● Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
● Make site visits to check on project status and cross check the development as per drawings.
Requirements and skills
· Diploma/ BS degree/ MS degree in Architecture.
· Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with designing software (AutoCAD, 3D Maxx, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).
· Candidates should be very well aware about the GLADA/ PUDA Bye Laws for sanctioning & approval drawings.
· Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
· Communication and project management skills.
· Freshers can apply.
· Working experience in commercial projects (malls, hotels & any international level project), is a plus point.
