About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Developer to build intelligent workflows, AI-powered solutions, and business process automations. The role involves working with business teams to identify opportunities, develop automation solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and deploy AI-enabled applications that improve productivity and decision making.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered business applications and automation solutions.

Build and maintain workflows using N8N and related automation platforms.

Integrate AI services, enterprise applications, and business data sources.

Develop APIs, connectors, and automation pipelines.

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI and automation solutions.
Must Have Skills

6-7 years of software development experience.

Hands-on experience with N8N workflow automation.

Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.

Experience integrating APIs and enterprise applications.

Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar).

Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure.
Preferred Skills

AI Agents, Copilots, or RAG-based solutions.

Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

Neo4j, Graph Databases, or Knowledge Graphs.

Azure AI Services and Azure AI Search.

Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms.

Experience in Engineering, Construction, BIM, EPC/EPCM, or Project Management domains.
