About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Fundraiser to support our fundraising initiatives and help secure financial resources for our programs and social impact projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying donors, building relationships, organizing fundraising campaigns, and achieving fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. Identify and approach individual donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors. Conduct fundraising campaigns through phone calls, emails, social media, and events. Prepare fundraising proposals, presentations, and donor reports. Coordinate CSR outreach and corporate partnership initiatives. Maintain donor databases and track fundraising activities. Ensure timely donor acknowledgments and engagement activities. Represent the organization at networking and fundraising events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, CSR outreach, or donor relations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong presentation and networking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and achieve fundraising targets. Preferred Skills Experience working with NGOs or social impact organizations. Knowledge of CSR funding and grant opportunities.
