We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace management while working in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Help in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Work on HR reports, databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Quick learner with a positive attitude

Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, BCom, BCA, MCA, or related field
