Business Analyst – Growth
Role Objective: The Business Analyst – Growth will bridge business strategy, data insights, and digital marketing execution. This role is responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into actionable insights, and driving performance-driven digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business, product, technology, and marketing teams to enable data-driven decision making, process optimization, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions • Develop and validate BRDs/FRDs ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goals • Act as a liaison between business, marketing, and technology teams • Manage stakeholder communication throughout project and campaign lifecycle 2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management • Design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition and brand growth • Manage integrated campaigns across paid (ads), organic (SEO), email, and social channels • Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs • Develop optimization and corrective strategies to achieve business objectives 3. Process Optimization & Marketing Automation • Analyse and improve marketing and business processes for efficiency and scalability • Implement automation tools and workflows for campaign execution and lead management • Apply process modelling techniques to create current-state and future-state workflows • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across marketing and business functions 4. User Experience Analysis & Measurement • Design digital creatives including banners, ads, landing page visuals, and social media posts • Create compelling ad copies, taglines, captions, and marketing content • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels • Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms 5. User Experience & Conversion Optimization • Identify gaps in customer funnel and recommend improvements • Optimize landing pages, creatives, and campaign flows • Collaborate with product/tech teams to enhance user experience • Conduct user journey and UX analysis to improve engagement and conversion rates. 6. Data Analysis & Performance Insights • Track and evaluate campaign and product KPIs (CTR, CAC, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) • Build dashboards and reports for performance monitoring Information Classification- Confidential • Drive data-based prioritization and strategic recommendations • Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights for marketing and business decisions Must-Have Skills & Experience • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities • Expertise in business process design and optimization • Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing • Hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization • Expertise in content creation and ad copywriting • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.) • Design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (or equivalent) • Data analysis & visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Campaign platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Educational Qualification Required – • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing roles (experience may vary based on team needs) • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools • Prior experience in managing full-funnel digital campaigns • Must have scored at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA marks in 10th & 12th / Diploma (if applicable) and Bachelors, and Masters (if applicable) – No rounding off marks is allowed. • Only FULL Time and Regular education is eligible (10th/12th/Diploma/Bachelors/Masters) • Average Tenure (i.e. total years of experience divided by Number of companies worked for) - Should be 2 or more.
