As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks, optimizing parameters, and ensuring the models effectively process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of model performance to meet evolving project goals, while collaborating with various teams to integrate these models into broader applications and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of large language model architectures to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work with large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate model performance and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with distributed computing environments and model deployment strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
