Job Description: Solar Engineer - Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Please Note : For Solar Engineer, Having Diploma is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Solar Engineer
- Lead and oversee all O&M activities preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance
- Analyse plant performance data, identify inefficiencies, and drive optimization
- Manage SCADA monitoring, alarm handling, and remote diagnostics
- Review electrical schematics, SLDs, and coordinate with EPC & OEM vendors
- Conduct root cause analysis for failures and ensure IEC & grid code compliance
- Mentor site technicians, manage schedules, and prepare MIS & energy reports
Technical Skills
- Solar PV systems, string/central/micro inverters, and HT/LT electrical systems
- SCADA, remote monitoring platforms, and performance data analysis
- Testing equipment – multimeter, clamp meter, IV curve tracer, thermography
- Grid-connected, off-grid, and hybrid solar system configurations
- Electrical wiring, single-line diagrams (SLD), and fault troubleshooting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
