HIRING: Admin cum Legal Manager (Bangalore)
Flatworld Solutions is looking for a seasoned Admin Cum Legal Manager to lead our administrative operations and legal compliance frameworks. This is a dual-impact role requiring a strategic thinker who can balance high-level legal drafting with the hands-on operational demands of facility management.
As a key leader in our Bangalore office, you will ensure our infrastructure supports a global tech workforce while maintaining legal standards and robust relationships with statutory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational & Facility Excellence

Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations across India locations to ensure a "seamless flow" for our 24/7 tech and BPO operations.

Vendor Ecosystem: Lead vendor identification, onboarding, and performance management. Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and high service standards.

Budgeting: Manage the administrative budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
2. Legal & Compliance Management

Drafting & Review: Take full ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate documents, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SLAs, NDAs, and employment contracts.

Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for local government agencies and statutory bodies.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure the company remains compliant with Indian corporate laws, labor laws, and BPO-specific regulations.
Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in a dual Legal and Administrative role, preferably within the BPO/KPO or ITES industry.

Education: LL.B from a recognized university. Additional certifications in Facility Management or Business Administration are a plus.

Linguistic Versatility:
English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for corporate drafting and international stakeholder management.
Kannada: Full professional fluency is mandatory for effective liaisoning with local government authorities and agencies.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead administrative teams and manage large-scale office facilities.
