The Team Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the teams, external stakeholders, such as architects, clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.The Team Lead plays a crucial role in leading and managing the technical team under the supervision of Senior Managers (both Liaison and Design). This position requires a blend of design expertise, project management skills.
Management Initiate
1. Project discussion alongwith Sr. Managers with client and their team
2.Understand the documentation and paper work submited by client for sanction
3.Maintain email communication with clients
4.Checking municipal drawings (alongwith MD checklist)of Layout for EC IOD, and Fire IOD, Building permission sanction, NOC's
5.Collaborate for Concept drawings as per Design inputs from Design Director / Principal architect (wherever needed)
6.Initiate & conclude design brief & understand the brief with client requirements alongwith Sr. Managers
7.Discuss with client for sanction phase work
8.Schedule preparation for Design+Liaison and submission to PM
9.To study and analyze allotted projects
10.Agreement checking and rework the same on paper with sign and stamp
11.Authorizing Challans prepared by team member
12.Approve teams leaves, reviews, trainings
13.Preparation for all strategic and tactical meetings for both Design+Liaison)
14.Monthly closing reports submission to Finance team
15.Submission of any reports to Management, Human Resource, Project Management
16.Final Reviewer for MD before issuing the drawings (EC, DP, BP etc). Liaison SOP is getting followed up
17.responsible for follow up and approval of Billings as per the Targets
18Co-ordination and follow up with outdoor team for deadlines and updates
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
