We are on the lookout for a Reservations Intern to manage reservations inquiries and bookings for our exclusive villas in Siolim North Goa
Job Description:
As a reservations intern, you will play a vital role in assisting our reservations team in managing villa bookings and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and develop valuable skills in customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing villa reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Communicate effectively with guests to gather booking information, preferences, and special requests.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure villa readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions in the reservation system.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing reservation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to streamline booking processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Hindi.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
