Key Job Responsibilities
- Teaching & Curriculum: Deliver comprehensive Physics lessons to senior secondary (11-12) students, focusing on conceptual understanding, theoretical, and practical applications.
- Lesson Planning: Create innovative lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with CBSE standards.
- Laboratory Management: Supervise practical experiments, maintaining lab safety and equipment.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design, conduct, and grade tests, assignments, and projects to monitor student progress.
- Board Preparation: Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams (e.g., JEE/NEET).
- Student Mentorship: Provide individual guidance, support student growth, and maintain a positive, disciplined learning environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master’s Degree in Physics (M.Sc.) and B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Experience: 2–5 years of senior secondary teaching experience.
- Certification: HTET/STET qualification is frequently required.
- Skills: Strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication, classroom management, and proficiency in interactive teaching methods.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
