Role Overview
As a Product Manager (AI), you will work closely with the Founder, engineering team, and designers to shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Dixi.
You will translate ambitious ideas into clear product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that every product decision delivers meaningful value to users. This role requires someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and is excited about building AI-first consumer products.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Founder to define product vision and strategy.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate user needs and business goals into actionable product features.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to improve user experience and product intelligence.
- Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives when making product decisions.
- Coordinate product launches and feature releases.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, engagement, and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within technology or SaaS.
- Experience working with software development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product specifications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered, machine learning, or data-driven products.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI products.
- Experience with consumer mobile applications.
- Understanding of UX research and user-centered design.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, Figma, or similar.
- Startup or early-stage product experience.
- Experience defining product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
