Job DescriptionJob Role: Center Coordinator (PSC)
The Center Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the PSC coaching center. This role ensures effective coordination between students, faculty, and administration while maintaining high academic standards and operational efficiency. The Center Coordinator plays a key role in driving student success, managing day-to-day center activities, and supporting business growth through student engagement and outreach initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Center Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the PSC coaching center, ensuring a well-organized and disciplined environment.
- Manage class schedules, classroom allocation, and infrastructure readiness.
Academic Coordination
- Plan and implement academic schedules and timetables for PSC batches.
- Ensure timely syllabus completion in coordination with faculty.
Faculty Coordination
- Act as the point of contact for faculty and manage their schedules.
- Arrange substitute faculty to avoid class disruptions.
Student Management & Support
- Serve as the primary contact for student queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high student satisfaction.
- Monitor student attendance and engagement levels.
Examination & Performance Tracking
- Coordinate unit tests, mock exams, and practice sessions.
- Track student performance and share feedback to improve outcomes.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and batch details.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of center activities.
Parent & Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress (if applicable).
- Ensure a positive relationship with all stakeholders.
Marketing & Admissions Support
- Support walk-ins, inquiries, and admission processes at the center.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns.
Events & Outreach
- Organize demo classes, seminars, and workshops to attract prospective students.
- Support local outreach activities to increase enrollments.
Digital & Content Support
- Coordinate recording of classes and support digital learning initiatives when required.
- Assist in scheduling academic sessions for online platforms.
Requirements
Experience
- Prior experience in center coordination, academic administration, or coaching institute operations (PSC preferred).
Operational Skills
- Strong ability to manage center operations, schedules, and logistics efficiently.
Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle students, parents, and faculty.
Student-Centric Approach
- Passion for student success and ability to manage student relationships effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
