We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and sales-driven Business Development Executives to drive partner acquisition, business expansion, and revenue growth.
Role Overview
This is a target-oriented business development and sales role. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective partners, presenting business opportunities, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into successful business partnerships.
The role may involve working across multiple business development projects, including:
- Royalty Partner Program
- SOP (State Operations Partner) Program
- Channel Partner Program
- Franchise Development Program
- Business Associate Partnerships
Candidates will actively promote and sell the company's partnership and franchise models while helping prospects understand the business, earning, and growth opportunities available within the Malgopay ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and approach potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, social media, and business outreach activities.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database.
Sales & Business Development
- Present and explain the company's business models, partnership opportunities, and franchise programs.
- Conduct sales presentations, business discussions, and opportunity meetings.
- Handle prospect objections and negotiate effectively.
- Convert qualified prospects into active partners.
Follow-ups & Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.
- Build strong professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
Reporting & Coordination
- Update lead activities and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner support.
Target Achievement
- Meet monthly lead generation, onboarding, and revenue targets.
- Contribute actively to the overall business growth objectives of the company.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in handling client meetings and business discussions.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for business development.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Franchise Sales, Relationship Management, Financial Product Sales, Investment Sales, or similar domains.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Must be willing to work from the Noida office.
