About the Role:
TAPSOM Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Revenue & OTA Manager to lead revenue management strategy and online distribution across all OTA channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing room revenue, optimizing rate parity, and driving visibility across booking platforms while ensuring seamless coordination between sales, front office, and reservations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize listings across all OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.)
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust rates in real time
- Ensure rate parity and content consistency (descriptions, photos, amenities) across all channels
- Analyze booking patterns, channel performance, and guest data to identify revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with OTA account managers to negotiate visibility, promotions, and commission structures
- Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, forecasts, and channel-wise contribution
- Manage inventory allocation across channels to avoid overbooking or revenue leakage
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing with promotional campaigns
- Optimize property content, room descriptions, and visibility to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on OTA algorithm changes, ranking factors, and industry best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Management / OTA Management within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of OTA extranets (MMT, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) and channel manager tools
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and PMS platforms
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with OTA partners
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a multi-property or hotel chain environment
- Understanding of digital marketing and its impact on direct bookings
- Familiarity with GDS and other distribution channels
