Role Overview
As a Trainee Client Success, you will be part of the frontline operations team, responsible for managing user interactions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and supporting clients throughout their journey with HappiMynd services.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in client handling, operations, and customer experience within the mental health ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for users onboarding onto the platform
- Conduct onboarding calls to guide users through services and offerings
- Assist users in understanding and navigating available mental wellness solutions
- Coordinate scheduling of sessions, assessments, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely resolution of user queries and concerns
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve engagement and retention
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as per business requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Pursuing or recently completed:
- BBA (Any Specialization)
- B.Com (Any Specialization)
- B.Sc (Any Specialization)
- MBA (Any Specialization)
Preferred Interests:

Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

As a Trainee - Client Relationship, you will follow a structured growth path within the organization. Performance reviews are conducted every 6 months, forming the basis for increased responsibilities and role progression.
Based on your performance and consistency, you may transition into a full-time employee role within 12 months, as per organizational requirements.
