Job Summary
Looking for a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of B2B / Corporate / Institutional Sales experience to drive new business, reactivate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
You will sell Corporate Gifting, Branding Solutions, Promotional Merchandise, Customized Products, and Corporate & Institutional Gifting Solutions to corporates and large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and exhibitions
- Follow up and reactivate existing, old, and dormant leads
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → quotation → negotiation → closure
- Build relationships with HR, Procurement, Marketing, Admin, and senior decision-makers
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat orders
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain CRM/Excel records and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Preferred Background
- Corporate / B2B / Institutional / Enterprise Sales
- Corporate Gifting, Promotional Products, Merchandise, or Events Sales
- Key Account Management or Business Development (B2B)
- Experience selling to HR Heads, Brand/Marketing Heads, Procurement Heads, CXOs, etc.
Priority given to candidates from reputed brands, large corporates, or MNCs.
Profiles to Avoid
Pure Retail, Store/Showroom, Counter, pure B2C, Tele-calling only, or Distributor/Dealer sales without corporate client exposure.

Eligibility

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
