Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle APEX Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Oracle APEX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle technologies, application architecture, database optimization, and team mentoring, with the ability to drive technical excellence and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end application development using Oracle APEX.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Optimize complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and database performance.
Design data models and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Integrate third-party APIs, REST services, and enterprise applications.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
Qualifications and Skills:
5–10 years of experience working with Oracle technologies.
Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Deep understanding of database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and front-end customization within Oracle APEX.
Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
Excellent problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with Oracle APEX in on-premises environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Familiarity with cloud-based Oracle technologies and deployments.
