Job Title: Project Manager (TPO & HR)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager (TPO & HR) to oversee training, placement, and human resource operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, training programs, campus placements, and ensuring smooth execution of HR and placement-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:Training & Placement (TPO)
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, educational institutions, and industry partners.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement activities, and career development programs.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, mock interviews, and skill development initiatives.
- Track placement statistics and prepare placement reports.
- Guide students/candidates regarding career opportunities and employability skills.
Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR, Training & Placement, or Project Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and placement activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of training and placement processes.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
