# 7+ years in Software Testing
# 4+ years in Automation Testing
# 2+ years in a Leadership/Senior QA role
### Qualification
* B.E. / B.Tech.
* MCA
* B.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. (CS)
* Or equivalent qualification
### Key Skills & Responsibilities
✅ Lead QA initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
✅ Design, establish, and improve software testing processes, standards, and best practices.
✅ Evaluate, implement, and maintain automation tools and testing frameworks.
✅ Strong expertise in *Selenium WebDriver* (or equivalent automation tools) for complex web and mobile applications.
✅ Deep understanding of *SDLC, **STLC, and modern **QA methodologies*.
✅ Experience testing applications built with modern frameworks such as *React* and *Flutter*.
✅ Hands-on experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
