Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for handling and monitoring the overall sales operations of multiple branches within the assigned region. The role includes achieving business targets, managing branch teams, increasing client conversions, improving productivity, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve regional sales and revenue targets assigned by management
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of branches
Improve lead-to-conversion ratio across all branches
Develop strategies to increase admissions, visa processing, and PR conversions
2. Team Management
Supervise Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Immigration Consultants, and Sales Teams
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Motivate and train teams to achieve sales targets
Monitor employee productivity and discipline
3. Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and expansion plans
Develop referral networks and business partnerships
Coordinate seminars, campaigns, and promotional activities
Support branch-level marketing and lead generation initiatives
4. Client Relationship Management
Handle escalated client issues and complaints
Ensure proper follow-up and client satisfaction
Maintain high service standards across all branches
5. Operations & Compliance
Ensure branches follow company SOPs and immigration compliance procedures
Monitor documentation quality and process standards
Ensure ethical counselling and sales practices
6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regional MIS reports and sales reports
Track branch-wise performance, revenue, and productivity
Submit regular updates to senior management
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of immigration and study abroad processes
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple branches
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred
Experience in immigration, overseas education, banking, insurance, or sales industry preferred
Experience:
Minimum [3–10] years of experience in sales management or branch handling
Prior experience in the immigration or study abroad industry is an advantage
