Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Booking Executive to join our jewellery company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, coordinating with the sales and production teams, and ensuring accurate order processing and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process jewellery orders from clients and sales teams.
- Prepare order entries in the system with accurate product details.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and sales departments for order execution.
- Maintain order records, and customer details properly.
- Follow up on pending orders and update clients regarding order status.
- Verify product specifications, quantity, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries related to orders and dispatch.
- Ensure timely and error-free order booking operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Experience in jewellery industry order handling will be preferred.
