Our Playmakers don't stand at the front of a classroom, they get down on the floor, ask thoughtful questions, build meaningful relationships and create environments where children can explore, imagine and grow.

What You'll Do
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Facilitate play-based learning through thoughtfully designed experiences.
- Observe children's interests and use them to guide learning.
- Read stories, sing songs, create, build, explore and spend plenty of time outdoors.
- Support children's care routines, including meals, toileting and rest.
- Document children's learning and contribute to planning.
- Work closely with a team to create a safe, joyful and engaging environment.
This Role Is For You If...

- You don't mind getting messy, sitting on the floor or spending hours outdoors.
- You're curious, playful and calm under pressure.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and building relationships with families.
- You believe children learn best through play.
This Role Isn't For You If...
- You're looking for a desk job or a traditional classroom teaching role.
- You prefer predictability over variety.
- You're uncomfortable with the physical demands of working with young children.
What You Can Expect
Some days you'll spend the morning building forts, reading stories or investigating worms in the garden. Other days you'll be comforting a child, supporting friendships, cleaning up paint or helping someone master putting on their own shoes.
It's joyful, creative, physically active and deeply rewarding work.
