Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily body shop operations, including denting, painting, and collision repairs.
- Assign jobs and monitor technician productivity and repair quality.
- Ensure compliance with Toyota standards, safety norms, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, and Insurance teams.
- Train and guide technicians to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Good body shop experience with team handling exposure.
- Strong knowledge of body repair, paint processes, and quality control.
- Age 18years to 35 years
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
