Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle and support the company's day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR administration, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR processes while working closely with the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
- Coordinate directly with the management team to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation accurately.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation for new team members.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
- Support probation reviews, performance tracking, and employee development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports, employee databases, and MIS using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Handle employee queries professionally and provide HR-related support.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies, processes, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, Retail, Co-Living, or Service industries.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and modern recruitment practices.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- - Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)
