Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) with more than 10 years of expereince in sales to lead and drive business performance across the Kumbakonam cluster (Nagapattinam, Sirkali, Mayiladuthurai, Thiruvarur, Kumbakonam). The role requires strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple branches efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multi-branch operations across the assigned cluster
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets
- Lead and mentor branch managers and sales teams
- Monitor business performance through MIS reports and analytics
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations
Qualification:
- 10+ years of experience in automobile industry / Dealership Background
- Multi - location handling Experience ( prefered)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
