MAIN DUTIES
You will be responsible for assessing the condition of components and making decisions regarding their status (repair, replacement, etc.).
- Performing Inspection Operations:
You will carry out technical inspections of M88 engines, modules, and parts, ensuring compliance with defined specifications.
- Management of Inspection Reports:
You will record inspection findings and characterization reports in the Aerowebb and Shop Finding Report systems.
- Follow-up on Corrective Actions:
You will ensure that corrective actions required to address non-conformities identified in the Shop Finding Report are properly implemented.
- Verification of Traceability Documents:
You will check the compliance of traceability documents and ensure that the final inspection is completed before repair.
You will verify the configuration of replacement parts and determine their conformity.
- Compilation and Validation of Documentation:
You will compile, review, and validate the accompanying documentation for the processed equipment.
- Incoming/Outgoing Inspection:
You will carry out inspections of parts, modules, and engines upon receipt and prior to shipment.
- Non-Conformity Management:
You will initiate "Non-Quality" reports for the workshop and participate in their resolution in collaboration with the Quality department.
