We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Accounts & Administration Executive to join our team at Nymbioz Biotech Pvt Ltd in JP Nagar, Bangalore. This hybrid role requires a professional who can manage financial transactions with precision and handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, tax filings, and GST returns.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Administration:
- Oversee office management functions including vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and handle internal communications.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: B.Com / BBA or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts and office administration.
- Strong knowledge of Tally or accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality in all responsibilities.
