Core Responsibilities
- Strategic B2B Sales: Drive the overarching sales strategy, volume, and revenue targets for corporate and institutional vehicle purchases. [1]
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with fleet managers, HR heads, and procurement teams of corporate companies. [1]
- Corporate Tie-Ups: Negotiate and implement strategic alliances, bulk purchase agreements, and special corporate discount programs with key accounts. [1]
- Bid Management: Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process for government and institutional fleet contracts. [1]
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of frontline Corporate Sales Executives to maximize B2B deal closures. [1, 2]
- Financing & Leasing Coordination: Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and leasing companies to offer attractive financing and end-to-end fleet leasing solutions to clients. [1]
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, economic indicators, and industry trends to proactively adjust pricing and marketing strategies. [1]
